a no pressure inspection trip to view the properties and guided
tours of the area by their representatives.

The properties they recomended were first class likewise were
their developers. We were guided every step of the way with

I would just like
to let you all know that I had a great inspection trip to
Side in Turkey, everyone in the UK and in Turkey could not
have been more helpful!.
Your arrangements went like clockwork. I was met at the airport,
taken to our accommodation and we then arranged to meet later
that day so we could go & look around Side to make sure
we liked the area before looking at any property.
I was then shown about seven different properties, all of
which were of very high standards. It was difficult to choose
which was best for me, but I did, The Oasis.
I was then helped at every step of the way to furnish the
apartment, open a bank account & gain a tax code, all
of which was done very quickly with no hassle or headache
at all, every one was so kind & helpful.
I was a little worried before I went out as it is a big step
to take buying abroad, but I cannot stress enough that it
was so easy & exciting.

at an exhibition when we were first considering buying abroad,
and Turkey was no more than one of our options.
From
the start they were friendly, informative, honest and helpful.

This was just the approach we needed. What a welcome change!

On our
inspection trip to Side, we were treated to an informative
few days and shown not only the properties promoted by THP,
but also the attractions of the area and even the projects
of rival builders. We also had plenty of time to ourselves,
and naturally spent some of it viewing other options in
the area. At the end of an enjoyable week we were convinced
that the main property we had gone to view - the superb
Oasis Apartments in Side - were just right for us and represented
the best value too. Just as Bob had predicted!

excited we were when we shook hands on our new purchase!
When
we first met Bob we were jaded, apprehensive, & even
cynical having experienced so much hot air Some months later
we visited Turkey with renewed enthusiasm but cautiously
and with a determination that we would be "just looking".
We left Turkey a week later as proud owners of a fantastic
apartment, and with no reservations whatsoever!

I have to say I was a little wary when I went on my inspection
trip to Turkey. I need not have been, it was exactly as
Andrew and Bob had said it would be. Everyone was so helpful
and friendly, I was looked after throughout my stay and
I felt no pressure to buy anything at any time. I stayed
in an apartment where I ended up buying which was great,
as I was able to speak to other owners about their experiences.
All in all, I can say that from my first phone call to Turkey
Holiday Property through out the whole purchasing process
